   I personally dont care which way this PR goes. It is just an alternative option for keeping our gibberish Lorem Ipsum equivalent translated docs.

   It is an extract of our already generated content from "cordova.apache.org". It also has slight modifications. E.g. the archive will no longer have an edit this page icon, version dropdown, language dropdown. These change as new releases are made and we will not be updating archive. It is frozen. ALSO the header navigation has been replaced with a single link to the latest docs. Again if the nav gets new items we do not want to manage the archive.
   
   Archive is a one time push, no future updates, NO code in master.

   No the assets are all archived. That includes CSS, Images, Favicon, JS.... everything.
