I have adjusted the paths in build.xml to point to the new location of 
the xdocs & menu directories.

You should be able to generate the main web site now.

I updated the license.xml and generated the main site, menus are updated.

I see why you'll need to regenerate the old top level site, the link to 
logging will end up pointing in the wrong location.

We need to get together some status on the top level site conversion, I 
know a large amount of documentation has been converted over, we need an 
itemized listing of whats left.

I just finished creating a navigation.xml for the commons-build/xdocs 
that adds the same navigation shared across all the sites to the top 
level site as well.
