SVN Service Wrapper for Windows

On Windows based servers (e.g., Windows Server 2003), it would be better if svnserve could run as a Windows Service, rather than in a console window. 
Magnus Norddahl has come up with a "SVN Service Wrapper for Windows" -- it's available on his site at:
http://dark.clansoft.dk/~mbn/svnservice/
Would it make sense to include this in future versions of subversion?
