J.W. Janssen resolved ACE-219.

The only situation I could find where an empty popup showed was when there were no deployment packages to verify (i.e. the target did not have a properly filled store). For this situation, I've added a message stating this.

Could you verify it now works for you as well and close it is satisfied?
