VOTE] Release of Apache Tamaya 0.3-incubating, Vote II

Hi,

I was running the needed tasks to get the 0.3-incubating release of
Apache Tamaya out.
The artifacts are deployed to Nexus [1] and releases [3].

The tag is available at [3] and will renamed once the vote passed.

Please take a look at the artifacts and vote!

Please note:
This vote is a "majority approval" with a minimum of three +1 votes (see
[4]).

------------------------------------------------
[ ] +1 for community members who have reviewed the bits
[ ] +0
[ ] -1 for fatal flaws that should cause these bits not to be released,
and why..............
------------------------------------------------

Thanks,
Oliver

Sorry still -1:

1) checksum files are missing for repo[1]. they can be generated as follows
(Linux):

sha1sum apache-tamaya-distribution-0.3-incubating-src.zip >
apache-tamaya-distribution-0.3-incubating-src.zip.sha1

md5sum apache-tamaya-distribution-0.3-incubating-src.zip >
apache-tamaya-distribution-0.3-incubating-src.zip.md5

sha1sum apache-tamaya-distribution-0.3-incubating-src.tar.gz >
apache-tamaya-distribution-0.3-incubating-src.tar.gz.sha1

md5sum apache-tamaya-distribution-0.3-incubating-src.tar.gz >
apache-tamaya-distribution-0.3-incubating-src.tar.gz.md5

2) In the maven repo I see

.md5, .sha1, .asc

but also

.asc.asc

files, the ladder look unusual for me...

Not sure if I voted on this one, so
+1

In case I haven’t.

I've checked some MD5 sums and looked into contents of JARs.
Apart from that basic configuration via properties files verified.

The difference is visible due to the missing banner ;-)

Great work!

I think so. USually 72h.
Has Anatole changed his - vote or should there be a new one?

So 1028 is the one to use ...
shouldn't an official vote have an end date?

Thanks Oliver. Looks better now ;-)

*[2] https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/tamaya/0.3-incubating/
<https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/tamaya/0.3-incubating/>
looks good now, I checked:*

   - the signatures (asc).
   - the md5 sums
   - the sha1 sums
   - opened zip / tar.gz archives and checked the contents

IMO* sha1, md5, asc* is sufficient (we dont need *sha256, sha512*
additionally), at least we didnt provided it in earlier releases...* if
this is true I would remove the unneeded sha256, sha512 files.*

*Looking at Nexus I see multiple staging repos [1]:*

   -
   https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachetamaya-1026/
   -
   https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachetamaya-1027/
   -
   https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachetamaya-1028/

*I would drop all unnexessary repos and ensure the right one is "closed" (I
assume 1028), so all release rules are executed.* After successful
incubator vote we only have to "release" it then and in about 15-30 minutes
things are synched.

*Given that I suggest starting a new vote with all the things updated and
with correct links, so PPMS members/incubator look at the correct
artifacts.*
