> We use AssignmentPlan to decide on favored nodes for regions. Right now we include all machines from the cluster in the assignment plan of a table. We want ability to limit the number of machines when assigning regions. This will help us to isolate the failure domain in case different users are using the cluster (in case someone is misusing the cluster, hopefully just a subset of machines would be affected).
