[logging] contributors list
maven's project.xml supports a list of contributors (as well as
developers). this list is published to the website. when i mavenized
logging, i left this empty. i think that there are probably a few
different options:
1. leave it empty
2. find all past contributors (from the cvs commit credits) and add
them all to this list
3. add those contributors who request it
anyone have any opinions on the best approach to take?
