Upgrading to 1.3.1 from 1.2.1

Hi,

I am attempted to upgrade subversion to 1.3.1 and I am running into
problems. The configure and make work fine, but installing it is failing
with this error:

cd subversion/mod_dav_svn ; /root/subversion-1.3.1/ac-helpers/install-sh -c
-d "/usr/libexec/apache" ; apxs -i -S LIBEXECDIR="/usr/libexec/apache" -a -n
dav_svn mod_dav_svn.la
apxs:Error: file mod_dav_svn.la is not a DSO
make: *** [install-mods-shared] Error 1

Here is my configure command is:

./configure 
    --with-apxs 
    --with-swig 
    --with-ssl 

As far as I can tell I am not configuring it to use a static library.  If
more information is needed please let me know. Any help greatly appreciated.
