+1 for this proposal.
A structured ID system would be helpful for debugging and further development(e.g. fast lookup).
Maybe later we should even refactor the ExecutionAttemptID as well, to make it (ExecutionVertexID, attemptNumber) ? (ExecutionVertexID consists of JobVertexID and subtaskIndex).
