Fixed in the new release:
1. For pull-parsing: a new method "cleanup" is added to 
XMLPullParserConfiguration, which closes all opened streams.
2. For non-pull-parsing: all streams are closed before returning from 
XMLParserConfiguration#parse(XMLInputSource). So we don't need the code in 
SAX/DOM parsers to close streams.
