Changes to apache-site and apache-devsite

>From the time changes are commited, how long, on average, does it
take before they show up on the pages... I'm assuming that the
pages are ``copied'' from the CVS tree to the actual location and
this is done automatically...

No, you have to update them yourself.   

(cd /foo; umask 002; cvs update )
