Wanted to publish this work to here for potentially "half" of the solution required for this feature: https://github.com/greenplum-db/gpdb/pull/841

Really the major thing to be implemented for HAWQ to be a source is the functionality encapsulated on this line: https://github.com/kdunn926/gpdb/blob/3a0bcfb865a370e3921fa7e7cde04c2b105e8aab/gpMgmt/bin/gptransfer#L3149
