> SPARK-32402 adds new method alterTable to JdbcDialect with the default implementation for add column, rename column, delete column, update column type, update column nullability. However, different database servers may have different syntax for these update table commands. This ticket aims to override the default alter table syntax with the correct ones in all JDBC dialects.
