When a lot of nodes try to join cluster at the same time (which is common when ZookeeperDiscoverySpi is used), size of Discovery Cache may be exhausted so next node won't find topology version it needs to proceed with joining.

For now exception is thrown in this situation, we need to improve its message with suggestion to check DISCOVERY_HISTORY setting.
