Odd commit error

Hi,

I've had the following rather odd commit error following a directory
rename ...

svn: Commit succeeded, but other errors follow:
svn: Error bumping revisions post-commit (details follow):

No other details followed :-(

A svn up fails with the following message ...

svn: Failed to add directory 'Broadband from BT Computer Checker': object of the same name already exists

A further attempts to commit also fail ...

Adding Standalone Prequalifier\Broadband from BT Computer Checker
 svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Out of date: '/trunk/Standalone Prequalifier/Broadband from BT Computer Checker' in transaction '111-1'

Any ideas on how to get out of this mess?

svn, version 1.1.0 (Release Candidate 2) on WinXP, running against a
fsfs repository.

TIA,

Greg
