*) I made a package out of rivetParser, in order to be able to utilize
   it outside of Rivet.  I think people might appreciate this if they
   need to do something like automatically generate pages.  Infact, I
   would like to have Tcl replacements for all the Rivet commands for
   such situations.

*) I have updated the documentation look and feel.
