Changing the name of the wiki breaks template?

I just recently upgraded to JSPWiki 2.6. All my tests seemed to work fine
until I tried to change the application name (e.g., MyWiki) at which
point, the layout is all messed up (missing left hand menus, actions are
shifted over, logo is duplicated) and it complains about missing a JSP (I
think PageTemplate.jsp or something like that, I need to confirm later).

I'm using Tomcat 6.0.

As far as I could tell, I should have only needed to change the name of
the expanded folder in Tomcat, update jspwiki.properties applicationName,
update jspwiki.properties baseURL. Is there something else that I'm
missing?

If I keep the JSPWiki name, everything is fine.
