This does not change the published artifact. This change is just that we don't face any merge conflicts as we've also defined a new module in Iceberg called `iceberg-runtime` [whose folder name is `runtime`] which is a shaded fat jar of Iceberg modules minus the platforms [Pig, Spark etc]. It also does improve naming consistency slightly.
