dl4j's dependencies don't yet all include support for {{aarch64}}.  We should add an "assumeFalse" before the tests to make sure we're not trying to run the tests on an aarch64.

The proper solution is use an {{x86_64}} jdk[1], but we shouldn't fail the build for {{aarch64}} jdks.
