FtpServer Graduated!

[Niclas Hedhman <ni...@hedhman.org>]

Today is a good day. The FtpServer has graduated its lengthy ride in the
Incubator, and will continue its life under the auspices of the MINA PMC.

Mina is the high-performant, non-blocking I/O layer that is under the hood in
FtpServer, and is a natural home.

The FtpServer PPMC will need to coordinate the transfer of resources, such as
codebase, website, mailing lists and so forth, and we will keep the community
up-to-date of what is happening.

Cheers
