[Issue 37668] import of long csv file clipped and didn't warn user

The attached test will no longer work, as the maximum column limit is now 1024
columns, not 256, so all 300 columns import successfully.

I tested it with a 1026 column CSV file, and it did warn me that not all rows
could be imported, so that has been fixed.
