What's happening is that I click on the StructuredDocGuide.pdf to download it and instead of being prompted to save/open the file, it displays the pdf as text in the iframe below  (see screenshot-1.jpg attached)

I have tried to access it using IE 6 and Firefox 2.0.0.11.  I am using Continuum 1.1 Final
