After setting "Analysis Scope" at [https://sonarcloud.io/project/settings?category=exclusions&id=apache_ofbiz-framework] there are no longer issues but 5 days of technical debt and 487 code smell (mosty pending TODO and comments): https://sonarcloud.io/dashboard?id=apache_ofbiz-framework
