Manually restored the original database tables (borked 1.5.5 upgrade) into a new 1.5.5 install's database.  (minus the stuff describing the django data models which had been altered by the upgrade)
Upgraded new restored database to rb1.6.9
Upgraded reviews.apache.org rm to 1.6.9
Blew away tables in the reviewboard database (the broken one)
Imported the restored tables into the reviewboard database.
Upgraded the reviews.apache.org rb site.

Site seems to be doing well, except for a few issues to be commented on later.
