Alena Prokharchyk resolved CLOUDSTACK-1296.

Resolution: Won't Fix
Its by design. The password never gets stored in the DB, and being returned only by 2 apis:
1) Original deployVm.
2) If user forgot the vm's password, he can always reset it using resetPasswordForVirtualMachine API.
