Feature classifier in kar installer

Using Karaf 2.2.0, the kar installer appears to use the classifier "feature"
rather than "features" when internally creating Maven URIs for repository
files. If I have references to external repositories within a features
file, they're not found. Is there some intentional reason for this?

Hey Randy,

No I strongly assume this is a typo, since the problem is gone from
master; I created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-580 and
pushed it on karaf-2.2.x (will be released soon as karaf-2.2.1). Can
you please verify if this fixes your problem?

Thank you very much for the report and kind regards,
Andreas
