Update JMS Sampler

Here is an update on the sampler.

I managed to get a version working with MessageListener interface.
Basically I had the sampler directly implement the interface and have
it register as the listener with the TopicSubscriber.

the odd thing is I see threads lingering around after the test is
done. I'm trying to track down the cause right now. once I get that
figured out, I will finish the remaining features and check it into
CVS.
