Thanks for spotting that.
This is fixed in the CVS right now.
You may test the new binaries from
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/procrun/bin/
Also, small tip.
Since you are already using environment vars, you may use:
set PR_DISPLAYNAME=E-NetAware Web Service
It is equivalent to:
--DisplayName "E-NetAware Web Service"
Any option except service name can be used as environment variable
prefixed with 'PR_'.
