A new tag attribute that allows the web page designer 
to define an alternative javascript name for the 
HTML Form Element tag.

Allows the Web Page Designer to have more than
one form refering to the same action mapping on
the same page or frame, which are distinguishable
by name in javascript rather than the cumbersome
index notation.
