3.1.2-Windows, exit codes broken?

Windows Server 2003 SP1
ActivePerl 5.8.8.817
Upgrade from a working 3.1.1 installation

3.1.2 is not setting a non-zero exit code when a message is classified
as spam (spamassassin.bat -e < mailfilein > mailfileout) Known
issue/bug?
