initial crash screen

Since the latest win10 update, my Open Office crashes whenever i attempt to
open my spreadsheets or any other product. Then it says it needs to recover
the file even if i wasn't trying open a file.

I have uninstalled the version i had and reinstalled the latest 4.1.6 and it
still does the same thing. I have attempted to open various spreadsheets and
open office from the icon. it crashes regardless of how i try to open it.

I have included screenshots of the crashes and the latest updates.
I use this for business, so it's very important that i get this fixed ASAP.

Thank you in advance.
Annah
