There are broken links for downloading jmeter 2.5 (all http links, ftp - OK)

Like that:

see double slashes

The // looks wrong, but does work. The problem is that the mirror is
out of date, it does not have the current release.
Have a look at:
http://www.sai.msu.su/apache//jakarta/jmeter/binaries/
and you can see that the // does not cause a problem.
Please try another mirror.
