[jira] [Created] (HDFS-6761) supergroup permission

jihyebaek created HDFS-6761:
-------------------------------

             Summary: supergroup permission
                 Key: HDFS-6761
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-6761
             Project: Hadoop HDFS
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.3.0
            Reporter: jihyebaek
            Priority: Minor

<hdfs default directory information>
Permission   Owner     Group           Size     Name
drwxr-wr-x      hdfs     supergroup      0        /user

I created 'testuser' account and added 'testuser' to the supergroup.
When i use 'testuser' account, I try to 'hadoop fs mkdir /user/data' command.

I think 'hadoop fs mkdir /user/data' command not working.

but I can make 'data' directory.

Is this correct?
