[ANNOUNCE] New Flume committer - Sean Busbey

On behalf of the Apache Flume PMC, I am very pleased to welcome Sean Busbey
as a committer on the Apache Flume project.

Sean has contributed many patches, almost all of which are build and
dependency improvements and fixes.
