Reminder: PMC members need to be subscribed to the private list.
If you're on the BigTop PMC you need to be subscribed to
bigtop-private, send mail to
bigtop-private-subscribe@incubator.apache.org asap if you're not
already subscribed.

He was referring to BigTop PPMC members, since IPMC members need not subscribe to bigtop-private.

I wonder who are the PMCs you're referring to? Isn't BigTop's PMC are IPMC?
