Whenever it's in picture editing mode, and I scroll with the side bar
sometimes, or move the picture to the top, especially (where the bottom of the
image goes to the top edge of the page), it begins scrolling uncontrollably all
the way to the beginning of the document, and this can take 5-10 minutes to
stop on large documents.

Your bug report is being closed as NOT_AN_ISSUE due to lack of information
which is needed in order to accurately reproduce and confirm the problem. We
need the following information:

a) Provide a step-by-step procedure to reproduce (the simpler will be the
better)

b) Provide any test case(s) which will help us confirm the problem (like a
sample document)

c) Provide screenshots of the problem if you think it might help


Once all of this is done, please set the bug back to UNCONFIRMED and we will
attempt to reproduce the issue.
