Apache Crashes On Shutdown

Hi!

I use Apache 1.3.22 on Windows 2000 SP2 (it is installed as a service). Ocasionally, when Windows gets to the stage to display "Windows is shutting down..." and all services are stopped, Apache crashes with a "Cannot read memory at address @@@@@" message.
