I am not sure whats causing this failure, but seems like the output for validate diskstore was different when offline and online.
In most of the test failures in this bt the CPU Active is almost clogged at 100% so this machine is really being overloaded. 
Also, this machine (w1-gst-dev17) has had some setup issues in the past. 
But in-spite of above conditions I am opening a bug just to make sure that this is getting looked at.
