   FYI: This breaks a bunch of stuff. For example: We tried creating a template from a snapshot *as a normal user or domain admin* and it fails consistently. @caublet found this issue and disscused it [here](http://cloudstack.markmail.org/thread/u6ay5tll2pqoccbj).
