Are these SerDe's/InputFormats still being used?

Looking into some code cleanup and question of these SerDes/InputFormats came up.  Are these still ones that are being used by folks? 

DynamicSerDe
SymlinkTextInputFormat

If there is not much usage then we could try to set them as deprecated, so they could be removed in a future release.
