Wrong rendering of non-uniform scaled lines

Hi all,

open the attached svg-graphic in Squiggle. The green "line" should be 
rendered as parallelogram, same as the blue "polyline" and the red 
"path". But it is rendered as rectangle.

I work on Windows 7, JRE 1.8.0_66, Batik 1.7
