   Good day! 
   
   I am trying to run OpenWhisk in docker.
   
   after `make quick-start` command it gets stuck with: 
   
   > waiting for the Whisk controller to come up ... 
   
   logs of the controller: 
   
   > bin/sh: can't create /logs/controller-local_logs.log: Permission denied
   
   All volumes seem to be created. 
   
   My set-up: 
   > Docker version 18.06.1-ce, build e68fc7a
   > docker-compose version 1.22.0, build f46880fe
