Librdkafka has some really nice debugging logs but it requires that those values be set at the time that the C library is loaded. We should expose a property that has the valid properties of "generic, broker, topic, metadata, feature, queue, msg, protocol, cgrp, security, fetch, interceptor, plugin, consumer, admin, eos, all" as listed at https://github.com/edenhill/librdkafka/blob/master/CONFIGURATION.md
