In the documentation, REST endpoints for deleting or anonymizing a profile are wrong:
POST /cxs/profiles/\{profile_id}/anonymize?scope=\{scope}
DELETE /cxs/profiles/\{profile_id}
whereas it has to be part of /privacy resource :
POST /cxs/privacy/profiles/\{profile_id}/anonymize?scope=\{scope}
DELETE /cxs/privacy/profiles/\{profile_id}
