This is currently mainly blocked in some tests using blocking buffer pools.

This allows us also to finally clean up exceptions list of {{InputGate#pollNext}} and remove the confusing {{InterruptedException}} from there as well (confusing part was that supposedly non blocking operation was throwing {{InterruptedException}})
