[PATCH] fix apr-iconv/iconv.c with iconv library
Hi,
The patch fixes apr-iconv with iconv library (tested with libiconv-1.8).

If you want us to consider your patches, you'll have to provide quite a
bit more information about what the patch is for, and what problem it
fixes. I don't understand this one at all. What does apr-iconv have to
do with libiconv?
And please avoid formatting-only changes when you create patches, they
only confuse the issue.
BTW; it seems that your mailer is generating invalid MIME attachments;
the MIME boundary declared in the Content-Type header and the one
actually used are not the same.
