How to Extending Appender

Hi,

I am a developer using Log4j and try to extend/add a JDBCAppender and to log
message into database.  On you web site article
http://jakarta.apache.org/log4j/docs/deepExtension.html explained very
detail about how to extend a set of classes if extra fields are needed to be
logged.  I wonder if you have similar article explains or highlights how to
add a new destination for the logger messages.

Your response regarding this issue will be highly appreciated.
