Missing PPMC and lack of activity on this project

Hi,
The  Incubator recently asked for a roll call of the PPMC members for this project; no one responded. A project needs at least 3 active PPMC members to continue in the Incubator. I can see that traffic on the list is low. Is there any interest in continuing to have this project at the ASF or should the IPMC consider retiring it?

No PPMC members have responded so I would assume they are no longer paying attention. If someone could reach out to them, that would be helpful.

Hi everyone,
It is indeed hard to keep up with development and community tasks with such
low community engagement. I'll follow the community decision on this issue,
especially PPMC members.
