[jira] [Created] (ACCUMULO-3058) Javadoc comment added to balancer describes non-existent methods

Christopher Tubbs created ACCUMULO-3058:
-------------------------------------------

Summary: Javadoc comment added to balancer describes non-existent methods
                 Key: ACCUMULO-3058
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-3058
             Project: Accumulo
          Issue Type: Sub-task
          Components: master
            Reporter: Christopher Tubbs
             Fix For: 1.5.2, 1.6.1, 1.7.0

Git commit 6bbe121 appears to have added a javadoc which describes two non-existent convenience methods (constraintNotMet() and balanceSuccessful()). There is a constraintNotMet(...) one, but it takes an argument. There is not a balanceSuccessful() method.

The added javadoc also fails to conform to the formatter guidelines line-length (trivial).
