[APR] ./configure:Error: decision on namebased memory allocation method failed on HP NONSTOP

Hello,

Can i have apr build for* HP NonStop*?i want to install Subversion on HP
NonStop(nse-tandem-nsk) which require apache portable runtime.With apr1.2.7
i am getting following errors.

*decision on anonymous shared memory allocation method... SysV IPC shmget()
./configure:Error: decision on namebased memory allocation method failed*

Please retest with the _current_ apr 1.3 release (binary compatible
replacement of 1.2), and this time, post the results of config.log
